They may achieve milestone dates of recognition while a member of good standing in two or more provincial\/territorial associations, but are ineligible for recognition with their Provincial\/Territorial Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The National Membership Recognition Certificate provides acknowledgement for those RMTs who are long-time Registered Music Teachers in good standing. Certificates may be applied for commencing with a total of 20 years\u2019 membership and may be reapplied for every ten years thereafter.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide proof of dates and membership in each Province\/Territory by registrar<\/li>\n<li>Written proof that the applicant is and\/or was in good standing in each Province\/Territory<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 20 years total membership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application form<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Personal information of the applicant including current provincial\/territorial membership<\/li>\n<li>Letter of Membership from each province\/territory stating the length of membership in their organization and including a statement of good standing of the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Fee: $20 payable to CFMTA by PayPal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The certificate will include the name of the applicant, total years of membership, the CFMTA logo and the signature of the National President.
